How to Manage News Sources
Adding a New Source
  1. Click the "Add Source" button in the top-right corner
  2. Fill in the required information:
    • Name: A descriptive name for the source
    • URL: The main website URL
    • Category: The primary news category
    • Country & Language: Source's origin and language
  3. Choose a fetch method:
    • RSS Feed: Provide the RSS feed URL
    • API: Configure API settings in JSON format
    • Web Scraping: The system will scrape the website
  4. Toggle "Active" to enable/disable the source
  5. Click "Save Source" to add it to the system
Managing Sources
  • Test Source: - Verify the source configuration
  • Edit Source: - Modify settings
  • Delete Source: - Remove from system
Filtering Sources
  • Use the search bar to find sources by name or URL
  • Filter by category, country, language, or status
  • Active sources are marked with a green badge
  • Inactive sources are marked with a red badge
Tip: For RSS feeds, look for RSS/Atom feed links on the news website, usually marked with icon. Test the source after adding to ensure proper configuration.
